Shipping & Returns Policy

Welcome to AYA. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, elevated apparel that aligns with your movement and your mindset. Below you’ll find our full policy on shipping and returns.



 

📦 Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 


Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders over $140 CAD (before tax and after discounts) within Canada.





🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At AYA, we take pride in the quality, hygiene, and presentation of our garments. Because of this, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

 



✅ Return Requirements


  • The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition
  • Tags must be attached and untampered
  • No visible signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or scent
  • The garment must not be stretched, washed, or altered in any way
  • You must provide:
    • A photo of the item(s) clearly showing condition
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)



Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.



 

🚫 Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. This includes clearance items, limited drops, and certain undergarments due to hygiene reasons.

 


 

 

📧 How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, email returns@alignyourascension.com with:


  1. Your full name and order number
  2. Clear photos of the item(s)
  3. Reason for return
  4. A copy or screenshot of your receipt



If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an AYA error (e.g. incorrect item received).


 

 

⏳ Return Window

 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. After that period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
